3 1/2 hours into a 7 hour trip my car freaks out. I find an Advanced Auto to see about this light on my dash. I met Adam and he advised the light indicated something with the turbo. He referred me to Trask Automotive. My car is a VW TDI. My husband called ahead of me to Trask and spoke to Rodney and he told him he’d see if they could meditate the issue to get me home. Upon appraisal there was no way. The turbo was shaking and about to give out. I left the car with Trask, we afterwards approved the work to be done after speaking with our Euro shop at home to be told they would charge a little more and the estimate was very fair. Given the reviews and my personal experience with Rodney this was an easy decision. We have our car back, it runs great and we received top notch service from Trask. Thank you Rodney and crew for excellent work and help in our time of need!

Courtesy, communication, customer centric. Our vehicles have been serviced continuously by the team at Trask, even correcting an error from an off service OEM repair completed at the dealership service department. Extremely knowledgeable about the marques they service, with a commitment to safety and performance. Highly recommend.

My wife loves her little VW CC RedLine. We got the car with around 19 thousand miles on it. At around 40 thousand, issue after issue. 2 shops and over 5 thousand dollars later still issues and the car was not drivable. So, it set in my driveway for a year and a half. I tried talking my wife into just cutting our losses and getting rid of the car but the disappointment was to much. This was the first car she went and picked out for herself and she absolutely fell in love with it. I was prepared to throw thousands of dollars at the car just to make her happy. We a little research I found Trask. They were in my Hometown and family owned. I’m really liked that. These guys got my vehicle and immediately went to work on her within just a few days I had a full estimate and a list of all the issues that needed to be addressed. I gave them to go ahead and they immediately went to work. My car did not sit in their shop for weeks and weeks on in The price was extremely reasonable I had estimates from other shops of close to $7000. Trask Got our car running better than it was when we first bought it for a fraction of that price. These guys are honest, friendly dedicated, and it’s obvious that
